1. Scope of Services

Sabine Harris Luxury Travel provides professional travel consulting, itinerary design, booking assistance, and advisory services for leisure and luxury travel. Services may include recommendations, reservations, and coordination with third-party travel suppliers.

Sabine Harris Luxury Travel acts solely as a travel consultant and intermediary and does not own, operate, or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or other suppliers.

2. Third-Party Suppliers

All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to their individual terms, conditions, and policies.

Sabine Harris Luxury Travel is not responsible for:

  • Supplier performance or service quality

  • Schedule changes, cancellations, or pricing adjustments

  • Acts, omissions, or defaults of any supplier

Clients enter into direct contractual relationships with suppliers upon booking.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Fees

  • Prices are subject to availability and change until confirmed and paid

  • Deposits and final payment deadlines are set by suppliers

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalties

  • Professional service or planning fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

By authorizing payment, clients agree to all applicable supplier policies.

4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Change and cancellation policies are governed by each supplier

  • Refund eligibility and timelines are determined by suppliers, not the travel consultant

  • Sabine Harris Luxury Travel is not responsible for denied refunds or supplier delays

  • Additional consulting or rebooking fees may apply for itinerary changes

Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking terms before confirmation.

5. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Valid passports and visas

  • Health, vaccination, and testing requirements

  • Destination entry and transit regulations

  • Airline and cruise documentation rules

Sabine Harris Luxury Travel is not liable for denied boarding, refused entry, or penalties resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

If travel insurance is declined, clients assume full financial responsibility for any resulting losses.

7. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, delays, disruptions, weather events, political changes, and force majeure events.

By booking through Sabine Harris Luxury Travel, clients acknowledge and accept these risks and release the travel consultant from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under U.S. law:

  • Sabine Harris Luxury Travel’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid directly to the consultant

  • The consultant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • No responsibility is assumed for supplier negligence or failure to perform

     

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information

  • Review confirmations and documents promptly

  • Communicate preferences, special needs, and deadlines clearly

  • Conduct themselves appropriately during travel

Failure to comply may result in loss of services without refund.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, itineraries, and materials created by Sabine Harris Luxury Travel remain intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced without written consent.
 

11. Privacy

Client information is used only for travel planning and booking purposes. Information is shared with suppliers strictly as required to deliver services.
 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], United States. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
 

13. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Sabine Harris Luxury Travel or confirming any booking, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
